When you interact with UCAN through www.ucansports.com.au or other platforms belonging to us, your Personal Information may be collected and managed on behalf of UCAN Sports Australia by other UCAN companies, including but not limited to, UCAN Ruike GZ.

UCAN only collects identification information, which may consist of:

UCAN collects your payment and transaction information in order to complete your orders on the UCAN website or other selling platforms. This includes your payment card details, bank details, payment platform details, delivery details, shipping and billing address, customer order number, purchase history with UCAN, receipt number, transaction ID, invoice ID, retail store transaction ID, purchase value, order confirmation number, order tracking number and any other information related to your purchase.

PROCEDURES FOR ACCESS, CORRECTION AND FEEDBACK

A customer can update their personal information anytime by accessing their account via the website (using their unique identifier and password to amend account details).

If a customer wishes to access or correct any personal information We holds about them, or have any feedback or concerns about privacy, they may also contact us as set out below. Where the customer seeks a response from us, We will let the customer know who will be handling the matter and when they can expect a full response.
